It worked in within one week. I think because I was on a fast. The fast was drink water. If really hungry eat 2 meals a day of fruit vegetables whole grain bread fish, boiled eggs, herb teas with no caffeine, using raw honey as sugar. When taking these you really have to start off detoxing by fasting. Then when off the fast add more foods but gradually but healthy fats and sugars and breads"whole grains." Every once in a while eat unhealthy fats and sugars. This has been a life changer for me! I feel ache and pain free especially in my back I was always constantly stiff. JUST TRY IT!!!
