Solgar Milk Thistle Vegetable Capsules - Pack of 50

I recently tried Solgar Milk Thistle Capsules and I'm pleased with the results. These capsules have been great for supporting my liver health and detoxification. However, the only downside is the high price. While I understand the cost of quality ingredients, it does make it difficult to buy them regularly. Overall, I'm happy with the capsules' effectiveness but wish they were more affordable as I have to purchase them monthly.

Misleading information. It states they are suitable for a vegan diet but contains fish oil

Milk Thistle is great for the liver and that was the whole reason I bought this product! I am the type of shopper who researches a product extensively and reads all the reviews I can possibly find before making my purchase, and after some time this was my decision. Why? Well, for one it's vegetarian and the company Solgar has never disappointed me in the countless products I've purchased from them. Also, these capsules didn't cause any discomfort for me and it was easy for me to take daily.Now as far as how the product has worked, I would say I genuinely felt a positive difference in two things, my eye health and my energy while exercising. I have not taken this product for a few months and I will purchase it again very soon.

This is my fourth Solgar product and they have consistently delivered with quality supplements which is critical for homeopathic/alternative remedies for healing the body.

It gets the pee going if you take 300mg a day.

It arrived quickly with no problem. I use it as liver support for my cat who was diagnosed with Cholangiohepatitis.
