Neiko High Visibility Safety Vest ANSI Class 2, 2 Pockets

Great vest. Very bright. Handy pockets with velcro closure. I bought this for my car emergency kit. I have been broken down at night on a dark road and should have had one. Changing a tire or just being out of your car at night without some visibility indicator is dangerous. Heed cautions that it does run small. I am a petite 5'4 woman who wears about a size 6-8 in clothes. I got a vest in size Large and I'm glad I did. While it is loose, it is not falling off me by any means. Besides, this is not something I want to fit snugly and put stress on the zipper -- we're not talking superior construction here. Moreover, I want lots of room for winter clothing and coats. The upper chest/arm hole area is roomy. The lower area runs a bit narrow. As I am short, this vest hangs down low on me -- passed my hip area. I have ample room but I see that this is where the vest is smaller/tighter than it should be and belies the stated size, especially if it is meant to fit men loosely over their clothes. It could do with some notched-out side vents to provide a little give, as this material does not stretch. One size larger for women is fine. But men should definitely buy at least 2 sizes larger than you think you need. If you normally wear a size large in clothes you should get, at a minimum, an XXL in this vest. You won't regret the extra room---assuming there is any. $7-8 is a good price for these vests. I will buy more in the future.

Lightweight, high visibility safety vest. When I run or walk on dark mornings or dusks, i feel much safer.

This runs small compared to the velcro safety vests supplied at my job. I'm 5'8, around 200 lbs and usually wear a size L in the Granger brand that they give us. However I ordered this one because those only last a few weeks, the velcro messes up my clothes and because this one has pockets. I ordered a large, it fits tight on my chest and is short compared to the Grainger vest. Other than that, it's very good quality. The material is breathable, the color and reflection is VERY bright and the pockets are big. It's also super cheap so I'll just reorder in a size XL.

We are issued Velcro vests at work and I hate how the Velcro gets hair or other clumps of material on it and gaps where it won't keep closed. Also, if you layer clothes for winter, it just won't fit and have it flapping around. This vest, you can zip up and know it is closed. Winter apparel does make it tight, but it won't bust open. As for the pockets, I do appreciate they are there since our work vests don't even have pockets... But the Velcro isn't as easy to open when wanting to put things in quickly. Plus, they don't always keep things in since the Velcro is only in the center of the opening, so my earplugs case has slipped out before. I have two in different sizes, one for warm and cold weather since clothes thickness depends on size.

Amazing vest. Love the fit and quality is great. Ordered 1, but had to send back because material by zipper came apart. I was refunded another one and Love it. The sizing is spot on. Color is very bright

I use this high visibility vest all the time and have yet to be hit by a vehicle. Very durable and breathable material. Would highly recommend if you need to be seen.

Size runs SMALL, ordered XL and if I had to put over a light coat, it would not fit. I have over a light weight hooded sweatshirt and very snug. Otherwise, good quality so far, like the zip front.

Fits great good price and fast shipping

Ordered a large thinking I could wear it over my winter coat. It hardly fits over a hoodie. Luckily I don't need to wear it outside at the moment
