Piece of cake! Highly Recommend
I was a bit skeptical at first. Especially since we didn't realize the knuckleheads who sold us the house the house had painted it in the first place. About 1.5 years in and it started to chip and crack. Surprise!! So why pay the most conservative estimate of $700 to have it 'reglazed' when I'm a smart guy, let's try this myself. I purchased the 35oz kit. The sandpaper that came with it was OK. First I scraped as much as I could off (see the pic), and then I used my orbital sander and got it smooth as a baby bottom. Wiped it down with some regular water, let it dry then got to work.It took two coats to get it smooth and looks like new, but the 35oz kit did the job with some left over. Used the brush for the corners, and then the included roller to reglaze the entire shower. I've been letting it dry/harden for the past 5 days - so from a long-lasting and durability perspective is TBD. However, I can tell you that it looks 100% better than when we first moved in, so I have high hopes that it will be fine.Very easy to use. Minimal smell, and great results! Titan approved! $700 my a**!

Great product
Not that I recommend painting tile because I don’t. This paint is great. It has been in our bath/shower for almost a year and has held up. No peeling. The smell is kind of strong. I turned the blower on in the bathroom. Follow the directions and it’s pretty easy to use. I recommend this product.

Works Pretty Good
I WISH this bundle came with at least one more roller. This is a lot to apply in one go and it's a shame this doesn't come with an additional roller so you can split your project or swap if your roller gets gummy. Make sure you do all your projects in one day or buy smaller sets!!!Goes on with roller easy enough but make sure your sanding job is thorough to avoid the paint sloughing off.The pour method is a bit trickier because the viscosity changes. We did the tub in two rounds of pour method and the second round left big globs because the mix sat in the container and began to harden already. I would suggest pouring very soon after mixing and just one very meticulously-applied coat for smoothest self-leveling.It did seem to ding/leave black marks very easily even after having a few days to cure. We also managed to get a rust stain that cannot be wiped away so we'll have to paint another coat to hide it. Also scraped away very easily when applying new hardware but may have been because we could not wait the full 7 days to cure. 😅 Bottom line: Looks pretty good but BE CAREFUL with the new surface!

If you can paint, you can do this
This was an incredibly easy process. If you can paint a room, you can refinish your tub with this kit. It comes with everything you need including sandpaper and gloves. I suggest buying the extra wide (3inch) painters tape to use instead of the provided tape as it is skinny tape with plastic attached and is harder to work with than regular tape.I refinished a clawfoot tub which has a lip on the outside to paint. Using the roller here did cause splatter so just be ready for that. I was already repainting the outside so it was easy to clean up/repaint. This stuff wipes up just like regular paint. I used a combination of the pour and roller methods by pouring some paint directly into the bottom of the tub and then using the roller to put it up on the sides. I did this because I had to climb into the tub to get all the way around the lip and this made it easier. The directions say to wait two hours between coats but I found you could start a second coat about 15 minutes later. I did this with all 3 coats and preferred it. Gravity will pull the paint down and cause drips so I was able to correct them if I went in at 15 minutes. The "corners" of the tub were the hardest part because the roller doesn't really fit there and the brush just doesn't look as good. Overall looked very professional when done and easy to use. Our tub had previously been refinished. I did not remove all of the original finish, just sanded it to be rough and sanded the chipped areas (using a sander, not the provided sandpaper) Finish is smooth and clean. Very happy.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
I’ve never wished I could leave a negative review more than I have with this product. I’ve had excellent results before using the Rustoleum tub and tile paint kit, but my husband bought this kind for our bathroom and I missed the return window so thought I’d give it a shot.I should have known things would be bad when it says in the instructions “the first coat may look bad but it will came out good after 2-3 coats”. Well, I’m here to tell you that 3 coats and 2 kits later and it still looks bad. Pictures in this review are after THREE COATS which is insanity to me. The Rustoleum kit only needs 2 coats and it covers so beautifully, compared to this crap which looks streaky and opaque after 3 coats. Please save yourself the immense amount of time it will take to paint 4 coats all over your shower walls and tub, and the money it will take to keep purchasing more and more paint, and buy the Rustoleum kit.

Very happy
More then pleased with this product . Was surprised to see everything that could be needed was in the kit . Preformed better then expected . Will advise anyone painting tile with grout, to paint the grout first and then go back to finish the tile

Great alternative to rustoleum's version, highly recommend
Bought this as the rustoleum enamel tub and tile is out of stock everywhere in Australia with no date that it's going to be available again, and we had to fix our bathroom claw-foot tub as our house is up for sale, so we needed something fast. After much research I landed on this one and we are so glad we did! It says it only really has enough for 2 coats, but I did 3 very thick coats and still had about 1/4 of the paint left over. For the last coat I even did a 'pour' coat and still had heaps which helped as I ended up getting spray paint on it after the 3rd coat and so just spot covered that and it worked perfectly. I chose to roll each coat which was a little tricky around the bends in the bath to not get lines where the roller edges hit the bath, but I took my time and was really careful and it worked great. The roller definitely leaves texture though so keep that in mind if you want a smooth finish. I actually loved the sand-blasted effect as it loomed vintage to me which suits our claw bath and heritage style bathroom perfectly. During the process I didn't wear a mask and had the window open expecting a terrible smell like the rustoleum brand but it hardly smelt at all! It actually smelt less than spray paints or wall paints which is amazing. Water based too which i prefer as it shouldn't yellow over time and made clean up so much easier. Came with the tools and painters tape, however I would recommend using better quality painters tape like Frog or 3M. I just closes the lid of the paint in between coats and it kept perfectly and is actually still find in the closed container in the shed, so it doesn't go off during application in between coats. Make sure to stick to the minimum hours of dry time in between coats and have the whole thing done before the time out to ensure a perfect finish. I placed a pedestal fan blowing on it to help it dry, but being done in summer, it dried super fast. Overall for the price we are absolutely stoked and I am so glad we were forced to use this one as I actually think we would be happier with this one than the more expensive and super stinky and oil-based rustoleum. We haven't used it yet, but it came out beautifully in the photos and the house sold with new owners loving the bath. Highly recommend.

Used for a Shower Pan - Seems Fine
I have an acrylic shower pan that had water stains that wouldn't come out so I tried this product to coat just the shower pan to make it white again. I followed the instructions, sanded the surface thoroughly and bought acid cleaner (not included) to clean the shower pan surface before using this product. I applied 4 coats with the roller & brush supplied. I found even though I was careful applying coats and waited 2 hours between each coat that there was some pooling in the corners of the shower pan and drip marks are visible in these areas. But you can really only notice it if you're looking very closely. I let the product dry for a full 7 days before recaulking and using the shower. The instructions suggest to purchase your own top coat/clear coat for certain applications which I did not do - and this product seems to he holding up fine. No cracks or flaking so far and the shower pan does flex a bit when stepped on. So I guess I am saying so far the product seems durable and it worked for what I needed. There was plenty of product for one shower pan. (Applied to a basement shower pan in Canada)
