Before using this product you need to set up an app and you are required to link the items to the app, this was easy and simple. With that being said i bought this product solely on the fact that the images shows that you can track things on the maps. That was false, I tried all 4 and none of them got tracked. There's also a "safety" alarm which plays everytime the tracker is out of bound/is turned off which I thought was great but it turned out to be more annoying than helpful as the tracker kept losing connection and the alarm kept playing over and over. The distance of the bluetooth was awful which made this item pretty much useless. 100% a return

Not happy! Doesn't work and will not connect.

I bought this product in May, at first it was good as I am known to losing my keys a lot and within range I can find my Keys or my phone, however after 2.5 months, the battery went even and it stopped linking if I couldn’t find my phone. Doesn’t last long at all. I’m sure I read the battery was long lasting.

Bought this to keep an eye on my cat because we have moved...was able to track her in our garden but lost connection when she went out front.. Will use the others on my car keys etc

Don’t waste your money, you can be stood next to an alarm and the app still not be able to connect to it. Complete rubbish.
