PC cable to regular hopusehold 110v cable converter
Great way to repurpose any of those old PC power cables lying round, especially if the cable has unique properties like an offset or a 90 degree (limited space) male ends I used the one I bought to repurpose a coiled, heavy-gauge (Hospital Rated) power cable. Cheaper than buying a new (hospital rated) female end.

A little longer than others but works
A little longer than others but works. Sticks out and gets in the way of some things in our racks but it's not like we make a habit of having 120V-only devices in our 208V racks anyhow.
