Update.. Raised the stars because the seller provided great customer service. That is a big deal in my book. You don’t see enough of it these days. OK it is cute and I liked what I thought it would do. Covid hit and when everything opened back up again..because they knew people would pay it..the price of a Mani-pedi had Almost tripled!! I refused to complain about how much I was being charged so I decided to Do it myself at home. I had a ped egg manicure drill. It Was impossible to find replacement attachments without buying A whole new drill so I took a chance on this one. I don’t have false nails so keep in mind this review is for use on natural nails. This does work to buff and smooth the nail. Although don’t expect it to give a great shine when you’re done like some others do. There are three speeds. You definitely want to be sure to use light pressure because it will thin out your nails. I was using it every week and it was too much. My biggest issue with my nails is the calluses that form around the sides of the nail. I got this specifically because it said there was attachments for calluses on hands and feet. It does nothing on calluses on the bottom of your feet. I found One of the attachments will help a little with the calluses around the nails of hands and feet but nothing like my last one (Which was only a piece of coarse paper wrapped around foam.) This was only like $23 so I’m not crying about it but I am disappointed. oh and also the instructions on the Tips and what each one does is minuscule. The pictures are not just of the tip itself…the pictures are “in use” and they are extremely small pictures so you really do have to try to make out the shape of the tip in the pic and then try to find a word or two in the tiny worded description on what it does.

Great quality - excellent battery life and USB-C charger makes tabletop charging and using my longer phone charger cords a breeze. The portability is great for travel and on-the-go nail emergencies. My only complaint is the lack of precision control over the speed. I am not a nail tech and this was one of my first purchases and didn't realize there was no indication of the exact RPMs at each speed level (of which there are 3). It's for this reason that I say it's not for beginners, because a beginner really needs the option to learn the right/preferable RPMs for their nail care needs, especially as they learn control and proficiency. An efile with no RPM display is really best suited for a professional who is an expert with the efile and can recognize/determine RPMs without a display. The highest is 20k, but the lowest (which I suspect is 10k) is still too fast for cuticle work, gel cleanup and natural nail prep with the arbor bands. For safety, there truly should be an option for 3-5k RPM.

Not that strong but perfect for beginner

I purchased this tool to drill down the thickness of two toe nails (longer second toes). I appreciate the gentleness of this drill. I had tried to use a more powerful drill in the past and found it difficult manage and get the result I needed. Although, this drill requires more patience to get the result I want, it works well and does the job. A long-term problem has been resolved.

Definitely a good buy. I love that I’m not suck near a power source. Holds a good charge.
