Very good product helps alot

Having unsuccessfully tried an all singing and dancing back brace, we then tried a more simple version. I have to say that this one was much better. The most important thing for me was that the actual back support was a good 5cm shorter. This means that the tension point (the area of the brace that is directly opposite the front clasp) could be positioned more accurately on the lumbar region of my back. The belt is well made, using what look like good materials, that are quite soft in use. It is a hard stretch, but I also recommend this as it does provide good lower back support. The clasp on the front is easy to do up and the belt sits comfortably when in use. It worked for me, so overall, highly recommended

Nice quality and fits really well.

Great support for light duty but make sure that you size it properly. If sized too big, there will not be enough Velcro to pull the hooked end of the belt as tight as you might want it to be. I bought one size too large. It worked for putting on over a coat but not over just a tee shirt. So, I bought the next size down and it was perfect. I even found that for weight training, I could put the larger belt over the one that fit and now had support that matched some lighter duty weight belts that I had used in my younger days.

Provides excellent for the back

I previously ordered this product from a different supplier and got a different brand, then I reordered from Sparthos themselves using this link and got what I ordered, and after using it for a short time I felt some relief from my disc problem, so I highly recommend getting this product l, just make sure to get it from Sparthos themselves.
