Had a problematic experience before. (Fan was wobbling, had noise issues, etc). Raised issues a couple of times, and then Atomberg team replaced the fan with a new one as the previous one had some manufacturing defect, and all problems were fixed in the new one. Barring the inconvenience, which can happen with any fan/company, I'd rate the service great as well. After sales support is good. A bit more about the fan (I'll keep it short): 1) Noise levels: 4.5★ (Around 53-55db) at boost speed 2) Look and feel/ colour:5★ 3) Remote function: 4.5★ (expected sleep function which is available only via app) 4) App: 5★ (Quick and effective) 5) Alexa control: 5★ (Works great) 6) Air flow: 5★ (Great even at speed 2/3 during normal monsoon) 7) Weight: 5★ (Lightweight, ABS material) Overall it's great, although om the pricier side. Wooden teak finish looks great. Dust resistance: good. I didn't notice much dust accumulation in 2 months of usage. Note to the company: The downrod cover in some other models have cut marks to break off so that it fit in any ceilings, for any rod length. In this model it's not there. So technician had to manually cut it using hacksaw so that it fits correctly. (I verified the claim myself) So take this into future design considerations.

This is great looking fan and it has remote too. Noise level are very low and it has sleep timer too which is a great thing and My switchboard is behind sofa but with atomberg fan. I don’t need to reach there anymore. I can easily use the remote or my phone

Love the fan, on boost mode it runs really well and the airflow is really very good

Heard a lot about atomberg but I am highly disappointed. Fan is delivered but not installed yet. We were supposed to get free installation for this product. Whenever I call their customer care, have to struggle with their ai agent for few minutes who keep raising a new complaint everytime and it finally gets to a human, they keep asking all kind of unnecessary details which they can easily pull from my mobile no. Atomberg team, seriously, I expected better from an Indian company run by IITians.

Good fan with remote control and very silent operation.

Product is good and superb.But don't pay installation charge which is Rs.278/- to Amazon because this model installation is completely free from atomberg and Amazon misleading their customers and show an option of Rs.278/- for installation on behalf of atomberg but atomberg charge nothing for this.So this is a money scam from Amazon and don't pay any amount to Amazon in the name of Installation.
