Excellent for drilling holes in Perspex tinted Acrylic boat windows, must use a slow drill speed and underside/back must be flat wood supported.

Actually the right length
This one actually has an overall length, including brad point, of 117mm. Here's the thing - if you keep your drill bits in one of those cylindrical holders where the top rotates to allow the selected drill to be slid out, then the replacement drill has to be of the right overall length to fit into the slot vacated by the old drill. Well, in the case of brad point drills it seems most suppliers ignore the brad point when they measure the length. Hence, with other drills I've bought, they won't fit into the holder. Annoying. But this one does, hurrah!

Works well in wood. Have now drilled over 250 holes now, stayed sharp and godd clean hoes. Great price also

The little drill bit that could. I had for the first time of my life drill into hard wood poles. And only 3 mm holes. I bought a few "cheaper" ones for like 2€ and this one (about 5€). The first broke on the first hole, and felt fleamsy from the get go. Then I used this one and another longer one from another brand to extend the hole a bit further. After about 50 holes, the "extender" also broke. So we had to use only the Fisch one. Had to do it in two steps, plus we worked hard to clean the flutes between drills. But eventually - it held up 280 holes in hard wood! You can see how it looks like afterward.
