Speakers fit the enclosure, the sound is extremely good for the price. Delivery was delayed, 3rd item in a row that had a delayed delivery with Prime, but the quality of the product was better than I expected.

So my JBL system in my RAV4 makes the rear door speakers seem like they are missing. I swapped them out to this mid and put a 4” bass blocker on them. This killed the bass so they can sing. Excellent sound mix now in the car now with a sub in the trunk off an LC2I Pro.

Very nice. Can't say how they compare to high dollar midranges but they sound good.

I bought these to replace the factory mid bass speakers in my Acura's ELS premium sound system. Unfortunately it didn't work out, the factory speakers are 2ohm so putting the 4ohm Timpano's in drastically reduced the wattage from the factory amplifier making the speakers sound worse than stock. All is not lost though, I used the Timpano's as woofers in a set of homemade bookshelf speakers, .25cft mdf enclosure tuned to 70hz with an Harmon kardon 8ohm tweeter crossed over a 6000hz using a 3.3mfd capacitor, sounds amazing now. Would be nice to see more replacement options for the increasingly more common factory 2ohm speakers, hopefully Timpano makes a dvc or 2ohm version of their mids in the future.
