If you got a manual with it and a person that knows what's going on if you got a question
I can't even give it a fare rating I have no idea how to control it no manual or book came with it I've called Amazon several times half the time I get hung up on. I've got a lot of time and money in installation just to see it work and the most I've seen it draw is 4 amps so I know that it's not doing the job, but if I could speak with someone maybe this is a simple problem but until that happens I would say this unit is not cost-effective and I'm on day three so I got a feeling it's going to go back

It’s okay…
I bought the 12 volt system and it a little underwhelming. I wish I would have gotten the 24 volt. There are absolutely no instructions with the unit but it’s kinda simple to put together if you have a little working knowledge of how automotive a/c works. You need a minimum of 4 gauge wiring for this. I read a review that used 6 awg. I had a ton of line lose. Another reason to go with the 24 volt unit. The a/c button controls the level and mode. I think the first dot is fan mode. The second is heat. The third is eco cool and the last is turbo. The up and down button below it controls the temp. The left button is the power button. The arrows below is controls fan speed. The heat might not be that strong. Didn’t try it after upgrading some of the wiring but I wouldn’t count on it heating up much. I measured the air temp at 78 at the unit. But that dropped off quick the further away you moved. And I tested it in the summertime. The outside unit isn’t to loud. Its actually quieter than the inside unit.

no instructions at all
Comes with zero instructions, assembling it is easy. however, figuring out how to make it do what you want is a little confusing. how do you turn the heat up? how do you know if its on heat?
