I purchased this ice machine in Jul 2025 and it workded great for about 4 months. Since that time it has been nothing but a problem and I have been unable to get any support for the produce. The ice tray will freeze over causing the water to run constantly. No ice is produced as a result. I have thourghly cleaned the machine numerous times and while it will produce about two trays of ice it then freezes over. I have reached out multiple times to the service number provided with no results. Ridiculous to spend this kind of money for a machine that funtioned for less than 6 months. Save your money.

I purchased two units for our office last August, install was pretty easy but requires two people. The output of ice is great. The screens tend to go out easily but just email the company and they send a replacement very quickly. Great customer service if there are any issues.

Setup was a breeze, working very well

Product arrived promptly, however after installation, it was not dropping ice. Messages to the seller were answered immediately and after a facetime session with our installer, it was found that a wire was not plugged in correctly. The machine is now working properly. Customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The technician took his time to help rectify the situation, I highly recommend this product and company.
