Saves us $700 annually - Chrysler Town & Country 2014
The check engine light for our 2014 Town & Country minivan always comes on with the error of "Small Evaporative Leak". And by always I mean, we take it to a mechanic or the dealer, spend $700 to get the light off, and then 2 weeks later it comes back on. The dealer finally just admitted to us that it's a defect that we'll just have to fix each year to pass emissions. Well, we were SURE excited to give this a shot when we found this part on Amazon. It arrived quickly, we were able to install in 20 minutes, and it worked! It fixed the error, we were able to pass emissions and then 2 weeks later the check engine light came back on ;) So it works just as well as what you get at the dealers. It's not an issue on this part itself. 10/10 would recommend giving it a shot if you have a similar problem!

Did not fix 2009 Jeep.
Says it was for 2009 Jeep Wrangler. Does not work. OEM unit has weights in it to work vacuum and overpressure valves. This one does not. This one also has the microswitch in it that was defective from the box. Gas cap warning, check engine light stayed off for about 20 mins, and then back on. Got the proper one at O'Reilly's for the same amount and it worked flawlessly from installation. Product quality and construction appears ok, but does not work in this application. Make sure replacement unit has "rattle" weights in it, if your original did.

Fits, but doesn’t fix
2014 chrysler 300s 3.6l v6 - this product seems internally designed differently than OEM. The included O-ring DOES NOT FIT. The ring is useless for my year,make,model. I installed one & my engine light is still on. I’ve ran a scanner & it’s giving codes for replacing this piece.
