I ordered the the kit which includes solar wireless siren (which you can mount outside).The packaging and delivery was excellent.The alarm and the all the devices were pre-programmed. Relatively easy to install. I got a sim card and was ready to go. First 24 hours seemed fine and all key fobs were working great.However this didn't last....# some of the fobs stopped working with the main unit.# no longer calling or texting our phones.# one of the fobs managed to disarm only the solar wireless siren.# some of the motion sensors began synching with the solar wireless siren and no longer working with the main alarm unit.# The solar wireless siren acts as a standalone unit which has been pre-programmed incorrecrly.Thinking this was an issue with how I might have installed this, I went through all the settings and even did a factory reset unit. Double checked device pairing for sensors etc, which was all fine. But still the device was playing up. After several resets and re-syncs I gave up. Clearly this had malfunctioned and we could no longer use this.I really didn't want to give this a bad review as the alarm unit is user friendly, but the product is a total failure - a particular incident occurred where my wife alarmed the house. I was home before she got back so I set the alarm off. Disarming with my fob failed, but worse yet I disabled the main unit but the wirless solar siren was still going off. Finally the Mrs arrives with her key fob and disarms the solar wireless siren. Therefore complete failure and deserving a 1 star.My advice is to stay away from this and stick to the bigger brands.
