Really wanted some of these and came across this particular set, arrived next day with prime and opened them up. first thing i noticed was how well all the stuff fits inside a small drawstring bag. opened it up to find all the bands in there with the different attachments. all the bands and attachments seem to be very good quality. I've tested out the door anchor and that fits in really well and feels secure. I love how easy it is to add additional bands due to the clip system which will allow for an increase over using the single strongest band meaning the upper limit of resistance is higher. would highly recommend this set if you are looking for something you could use at home or something portable that you could take with you to your gym if they don't have any there.

This is my 2nd product , broke one band as I used it incorrectly , however all other bands are great and this has help me changed and improve my home work out. , it mad how’s different ways you can use this product , and great customer service , if you have any question , they are more then happy to help

Resistance Bands is good quality. Resistance tension is bit weak for me, more for light weight use.

I had these for around 2 months, the metal clips are stretching, one pinged off while i was using it!this could quite easily have taken my eye out.

These are cheap but unfortunately the quality is on par with the price. The connectors attached to these rubber bands are very weak and quickly disfigure or break. At this price I suppose you could view this item as a disposal gym kit. Alternatively if you plan to use it with very light loads it might be suitable.

Delivery quick! Only I think I am missing my door anchor?

Update (2018-07-17): I was contacted by the seller and they made a clear effort to resolve the issue and issue a replacement unit. I haven't received it yet, but I was very pleasantly surprised by their customer service. I haven't received the replacement unit yet, but given the care with which they treat customers, I would order again.Original review: The bands and pulls work fine, but the carrying bag strap fell apart after 1 month of use. Not sure how long is it going to take until I start missing pieces, I carry it from home to the office almost daily.

These are excellent. Really simple to use and make it possible to complete a workout anywhere. The door mount is particularly useful.
