This is not Ibérico Ham!
This is regular jamón serrano advertised as Ibérico Ham. Consistency is chewy instead of buttery and Taste is stale.

A Great New Discovery
I had heard so much about Iberico I wanted to try it. It has the richest flavor of any cured meat I’ve ever tasted. While I love prosciutto di Parma for special uses, Iberico fills the place of an everyday treat. Too bad it costs so much. My world-traveling son tells me it sells for $8 a pound in Madrid. Maybe if it becomes more popular here, the price will come down. So eat, eat, eat!
