Legrand - OnQ Purple RCA to F Connector, Standard RCA Front Jack, Fits In All Keystone Wallplates, F-Type Coaxial Rear Jack for Audio and Video Signals, White, WP3466WH

The 5.1 binding post wall plate I installed had a RCA to RCA plug (white in color) but the cable in the wall for the subwoofer was coax RG6. I needed the FConnecter anyway and went to the local stores and could not find one, let alone in purple. I like the purple color because it matched the corresponding spot on the back of the A/V Receiver. Nice to have it color coordinated. Very easy to remove from the white plastic bracket this came on and fasten to the back of the 5.1 binding post wall plate. I liked it so much I bought a second one to put where the RG6 comes out of the wall and runs to the subwoofer. Now the system looks like it's supposed to.

Used this on a combo setup with other speaker connections, so I removed it from its base. Just used a small wrench on the back side after breaking the tabs, and was able to put in another location with a hexagonal hole. Love the fact that it is purple, which corresponds to a sub-woofer output (now you cannot mix it up with other outputs component, composite, etc.). Also was able to use RG6 quad shield and terminate right to this jack, with RCA's to the sub. Perfect product.

Bought 2 of these to replace ones that came on my 5.1 theater and single RCA subwoofer wall plates. I wanted purple for the color match and to make it easy to tell that it was intended for subwoofer use only. Had to use a pair of needle nosed pliers to get the mounting nut off the back but once that was done they swapped to my other wall plates with ease. They fit good and carry the signal, got my subwoofer in the corner now and it sounds great. Would buy again.

Not much to say about this. They work as intended. They are pricier than others that don't have the plastic snap in, but the finished product looks great once in a matching faceplate. It is convenient that they are available in different colors when running multiple cables.

I had an CATV Screw terminated RG6 I wanted to use for my sub but wanted to keep a clean install on the wall. This fit into a keystone wall plate perfectly and took the screw terminated RG6 perfectly and my sub cable on the other side. It's purple which is supposedly the colour for a sub also which makes it even better.

This was the perfect option for me when I decided I wanted to rearrange my living room and hide all of my stereo equipment in the closet. This will aid me in moving my subwoofer to anywhere I want and be able to use rg59 coax cable to feed the signal through the wall.

SW LFE signals appear to transfer satisfactorily, however the part does not fit the wall plate. The result is the connector forms an acute angle to the wall, which is not pretty--especially when cable is connected. Also, since the part does not snap in, pressure cannot be applied without taking care not to push the connector back into the junction box.
