I ordered this case for my new iPhone 14 ProMax because I love the look of the phone *sans* case, but am afraid of losing $1,100 because I "oopsed" while standing on pavement. I wanted SOME protection, at least, and this bumper seems to provide it.Installation of the bumper was simplicity itself. The instructions are clear and it even comes with a small plastic tool to facilitate installation and removal. The little hinged clasp that allows for installation is virtually unnoticeable once the thing is on the phone. The bumper seems a tiny bit fragile until it's on the phone, at which point it aligns perfectly with every nook and cranny so well that it doesn't look much different that the phone with no case at all.I have the purple model and the color of the case matches perfectly with the phone's color. And though it does feature a (more or less) matte finish, it's still *almost* as slippery as the phone without any case. If you're reasonably careful with your phone, you'll likely still be OK.Installation of the little camera covers also was super-easy. The three lenses are covered by what seems to be very nice quality aluminum and glass shields that, again, look almost identical to the lenses they're protecting. Time will tell how well they hold up to being placed face-down on bathroom sinks and gritty beach chairs, but I've been intentionally being NOT careful with this case for the past week and so far, I see absolutely no scratches or other signs of wear. That lens array on the 14 ProMax still seems ridiculously vulnerable to me, but like I said, so far, so good with the covers.The glass screen protector is good and functions as expected. And again, very easy to install.All in all, if you're looking for a near-naked phone experience, this bumper finds a happy balance between minimalist design and at least some degree of drop protection.

They design a beautiful phone, everyone picks a phone color for its look, then we all cover it with a huge case. Imagine buying a new car and putting a rubber block over the whole thing.This is the answer to enjoying your phone’s design. So nice looking. I have the white pearly phone with the gold bumper. A friend has the purple?? With the matching bumper, And everyone calls it his sexy phone.That said, it is slippery, as in slides off any surface that isn’t perfectly flat. And it might be challenging for some to pick it up initially.Only major con is connection can be weakened. If you drive for work, you may lose signal, or it may take longer to stream etc. Enough so that my friend only uses it like an accessory when going out.It’s worth getting even if you only use it for occasions.

This black aluminim frame is made well and fits well. BEWARE !!! once installed my cell signal became weak and my Google navigation could not pinpoint my exact location to provide accurate directions. Once I removed the frame, my cell and navigation returned to normal.

Overall a good product. The only negative is that bumper cover is somewhat slippery. Positives: the device looks beautiful as if totally naked. Product offers good protection. I have accidentally dropped the phone twice on different occasions on hard tile (from waist level height) and not a single scratch on the device. Camera lenses and screen are protected. But I almost never drop my phones and since I started using this product the device has slipped out of my sports pants pocket twice (because of its relative slipperiness). It has survived twice (hard floor), but I would’ve had preferred the product to be less slippery for that reason. That is why I’m giving for and not five stars.

I have been searching for a true edge only bumper case for several months. Most other brands come with some "attached" clear plastic on the front or back, but with this case, the front glass protector is included, but not attached. The fit is absolutely perfect and the quality is also top notch. In addition, some other brands include a useful, but bulky camera lens protector. This case comes with individual covers for each lens with a simple but effective jib to attach the covers. Simply brilliant design and definitely a TOP pick.

Well, it’s nice for decorations. I will say.But don’t trust it for dropping test.

Love the slimness and metal feel. This is the best of both premium feel with protection without adding unnecessary 'bulk' to the device. I love it. Infact, my made my 14 pro EASIER to hold. Many other case fully encase the phone with the back being covered. Adds unnecessary bulk. The bumper's are more than enough and the camera bumps are EVEN more of protection. Love it.

Used for 14 pro max but it blocks the reception.
