Looks above average! Update....
I haven't had a chance to use it yet due to all the rain but the customer service is outstanding. There was an issue with one of my parts and they sent out a replacement immediately. I will update my review after use but I already know it's going to be awesome!Update:I finally got a chance to use the pressure washer and it's just as I expected ....Awesome. this thing has plenty of pressure to handle just about any household jobs. One minor irritation.... First of all, DO NOT BUY QUICK CONNECTS for this model. You will be highly disappointed and maybe even destroy your pump. Thankfully I did research before putting everything together otherwise I would have thought I had a faulty unit. I installed the quick connects and just like others stated on the internet the motor started acting up, losing pressure, and running constantly. I shut down the machine, released the pressure and remove the quick connects. This did the trick, it ran flawlessly from that moment forward. I ran it for a good 30 minutes with not one hiccup.A few pointers:ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO CONNECT THE GARDEN HOSE AND TURN THE WATER ON FIRST before anything else. If you turn on the unit without the water hose being connected, and on, you will destroy the machine immediately.Do not use pipe tape or anything else... This machine and fittings are watertight because of the o-rings and rubber washers.Make sure that the machine is as far away from you as possible when you are pressure washing. Water sprays everywhere and the unit is not made to get wet.If you are going to buy accessories or aLonger pressure washer hose make sure you buy M22-14mm.Electric pressure washers are made to run for 1 hour before needing a break. I have seen others recommend 30 minutes before needing a break, so that is what I do. I pressure wash for 30 minutes and take a 30 minute break. Turn off the power button, release the pressure from the hose, unplug the power cord, and turn off the water. This will put the least amount of strain on the pump and make it last longer.Make sure you release the pressure from the pressure washer wand every time you take a break or need to switch out accessories. When you are finished pressure washing for the day, turn off the power, unplug the cord, shut off the water, release the pressure from the pressure washer line by pulling the trigger on the wand, tip the machine on its side to get any water left over in the pump, and I use my air compressor to blow air through the pressure washer hose to get rid of any leftover water. I keep a rag in my hand and pull the hose through it while I'm winding it up. This gets off any dirt or debris. You can do the same with the power cord. If you are going to be storing this for a long period of time, buy a pump protector. It is very small machine so I would recommend storing it inside if possible. If not, definitely in a garage or shed minimum. The better you take care of this thing the longer it will last. I highly recommend this to any home or car owner. I did a lot of research and I ended up with this one and I'm glad I did. It has plenty of power. I will update this review on the longevity of this pressure washer, hopefully years from now lol

Good Power Washer That Performs As Expected
This is the first power washer I've owned, so I can't compare it to other washers or gas vs. electric. I bought it based on the reviews I saw and because it sounded like it would be good enough for my needs, which are mostly doing some deck and siding power washing every so often. I used it for the first time over the past week and I was happy with the performance. It worked without any problems and did a good job cleaning. The soap nozzle is really only good for applying the soap - there's not much pressure. But the other nozzles worked as expected and just using the next one up (25 degrees) I was able to clean off a lot of moss/lichen growing on the deck, even without soap. The time it took to clean seemed reasonable - I didn't have to go over areas multiple times to get them clean. Setting it up is pretty simple. The only advice I'd give is it helps to remove the holder for the hose when you're adding soap, as that allows you to put a funnel in the soap tank to reduce spills. The soap tank is fairly small so it gets used up somewhat quickly, but I only had to refill it once to clean my deck. One thing I like is both the power cord and hose connecting the washer to the gun are long, so you don't have to move the washer itself around constantly. Overall I'm happy with the purchases as I don't feel like I overspent for something I won't be using that regularly, and it does the job as expected.

Fits my needs wonderfully!
I'm writing this review after only about a week of ownership. If my views change, I'll make sure to come back and update it.I purchased this looking for two things: 1) something that could handle my remedial tasks around the house (clean the decks, wash the cars, etc.) and 2) not be a nuisance for my wife, who deals with chronic migraines. I should also mention that I didn't want to spend many hundreds of dollars. In this pursuit, I think I nailed it with this electric pressure washer. It was quiet enough that I didn't feel compelled to wear ear protection. More to the point, when I cleaned the deck just outside of our living room, my wife said she could hardly hear it and didn't even turn up the TV. It is easily the quietest pressure washer I've used, gas or electric. As for it's functionality, it works quite well! It was plenty strong enough to make my old Trex deck look new again, but not so strong I was cutting grooves into it. This is right in the sweet spot for me. Can do the job without it being overly easy for me to do damage. For an infrequently used tool, the easier the better!I like the squat sturdy base. It's fairly light, though, so you can still tip it on uneven terrain if you give it a good yank. It came with a good standard set of nozzles that has fit my needs so far!The only mild complaint I have is the tool holders that come with it and slide into place don't all click in well. The work well enough, but I wish they latched in better as the bottom pieces have a tendency to come off (especially the one on the spray gun side).
