A must for any fan! 4 fantastic studio albums and a live album! All fantastic!

year zero? of course that was punk! and when the p-bomb dropped i felt i had no need of the records that i owned any more - records got flung, records got frisbee'd, records had their labels peeled and were stuck to the ceiling, records were given away (it seemed important not to sell them), until all that were left were these 5 SAHB albums (+ 'SAHB stories', which wasn't all that...). even after all that SAHB made sense! SAHB still make sense!their vinyl counterparts have now become old and sold, so this set is a perfect way to replace them, free of familiar clicks and scratches and repeated visits to the turntable, a re-appraisal is well overdue and utterly welcome. it is often said that the real headline was the live show, and i can put up no argument as i was too young to catch one of their legendary shows, particularly those at the famous glasgow apollo.however, i love these records so much it's hard to be objective about them - from the epic 'isobel goudie' thru' the pulsating 'faith healer', the anthemic 'vambo', the daring version of cabaret's 'tomorrow belongs to me' (y'know it only occurred recently that the 4 studio albums are all named after cover songs contained within each!) to the awesome live 'tomahawk kid', there are not many unworthy passages!at a shaving over £2 for each album, this is ridiculous value, and if you've any interest to hear the band that survived the purge, go on, 'shake that thing'!

Vinyl replacement therapy. Always liked SAHB. Finally replacing the just as CDs are out and vinyl is back in! Gave you five stars as three day lateness is Royal Mail's fault so four stars for them!

Reliving my past. I had two or three of these in the day and had to sell them to quench my thirst for new stuff. To get 5 for less than the price of 1 is an offer I cannot resist. The first two are still my favourites and I’ll play much more than the others.

Bought these cd's for my work van, takes me back to my youth. Excellent sound for me.

The great man and his band live on ! For this price you get all the original music on cd's without all the fancy ( and environmentally harmful) plastic cases.Great to hear all my old favourites, I have had many happy hours with my purchase which is a steal at this price !

An absolute must have for any stalwart sahib fan. The choice of music to hear is both diverse, from the grittiness of earlier music on Framed and Next through to the newer, more mocking 'Glam Rock' sounds on Tommorrow belongs to meThis collection of great 'real' rock music is a reminder of just how sensational Alex Harvey was as a musician and performer and also a reminder of how much of a Miss he is to musicIf your a fan and don't have access to all of the albums, buy it and enjoy it. If you've never heard any of the sahib, buy it and try it, sure you'll love it

I love these compilations.I'm an album listener, so greatest hits compilations don't do it for me. But here you have 5 great records in an affordable package.
