To put this together it is a two person job. Lots of details that give it a “Finished “ look. A 6 ft or 8 ft ladder is a must. Instructions are easy to follow. When you get to installing the roof panels, do one section at a time and put the bottom rail on before moving to the next section. The instructions have you put in all the roof panels then the bottom trim (only bad part of the instructions) if you need to bang some parts into place some of the roof panels will fall;(. I highly recommend this product. Happy with the materials. I believe it will give us double ( or more) service than a pop up for our patio. They do provide spare parts in the hardware kit.I Like It.

This cover is awsome! High quality, looks great, and not hard to put together. I say not hard but it took five of us, for workers and one supervisor about 4 hours to put together. There are a lot of parts so it is time consuming but again it was not hard. I got the 12x20 size and I couldn't be happier it just transformed my blank, hot, patio! Light does shine through the roof panels as if you're in the shade. The powder coating on all the aluminum is very nice. All the parts were labeled, the instructions were very clear, and easy to understand. I could have spent thousands more if I had gone to a big box store, so overall I am very happy. Just need to get all the plants and furniture and rugs in and I am good to go for the summer!

Nice gazebo for the price. No complaints about the finished product but if you arent used to building stuff like this buckle up. Comes in 3 boxes over a few different days. Roof box weighs a TON. Instructions leave a lot to be desired. I did have some dents in the track for the screen which i had to bend back into place so they could slide, but not the end of the world. The clip in the middle of the track itself sucks bc these type of hooks always break, and if you have to change one out you need to remove the bracket, which ofcourse will strip out quickly. Like most imported items like this, the screws never align perfectly and tend to strip out pretty easily. I did it alone , but i'd definitely recommend having a second set of hands to get this done especially if you are a novice . Screens at the top by the roof vent dont align and will need some adjusting or double sided tape to attach tightly. All in all its worth since its aluminum and will last you forever. Side note, apparently they think everyone has a football field to lay out all the parts bc they suggest you lay everything out to make sure nothing it missing before assembly. Which is impossible unless you have a ton of space and time. That being said, surprisingly, nothing was missing.

We bought it last fall, and just put it up. It took 5 hours although initially it was going together well. Instructions were only pictures, so there was a lot of figuring out what was supposed to go where. The roof is a puzzle we managed to solve, but there were holes drilled into the panels that did not match AT ALL to the holes in the roof rails, so we didn't put them in. Praying that the trim on the bottom is enough to hold it all. There was a video my husband initially referred to, but now that we were ready to put it up, it suddenly was no longer in English. Now that it is up, it looks great. Hopefully, it holds up. It was quite the endeavor to put it up.

Love this gazebo. Great quality for the price. I had to call customer service once and they were very responsive and helpful. I appreciated the extra curtain hooks as I can imagine that these run the risk of getting broke.It took about 6 hours to put together. Instructions were clear and concise. I would recommend this to my family and friends.

Buyer beware! When we first got the gazebo in June 2024, it was great. Over the winter however, in a snow storm, it was torn apart in 50-55 mph wind gusts. I reached out to the company as their product specs say that it will withstand winds from 47-55mph, along with videos of the product withstanding a hurricane, but their response back has been that the warranty only covers up to 35 mph winds. That wind speed would mean that it should blow over in any kind of storm. They have offered an $80 refund and the phone number (no website or email) to some company that supposedly sells the parts, but it seems a little sketchy that there is only a phone number. DO NOT BUY and waste your money if you live in any location that possibly get 35 mph winds.

This gazebo is so beautiful and really adds a new touch to our back patio. It’s like adding an extra room to our house. This is the perfect time of the year and we’ve been out there daily. It’s great for meals, board games, or just a place to hang out.The gazebo was certainly difficult to assemble just because of how big and heavy it is. You’ll want a few different people to be there to help you.High quality and looks good. It’s strong and holds well. Stays firm.Overall a great value and addition to our life.

I like this gazebo. Both boxes arrived undamaged. The instruction were easy to follow. Most of the pieces will only fit one way. Im 74 and put it together by my self over the course of two days. Some family obligations halted assembly. Only advise i have is to install the edge retainer strip on each roof section as you go around. It looks good. The curtains are nice. Especially the bug screen.
