Very decent. Nothing wrong with it, but I returned it for an all foam model which was a bit softer on my skin than the canvas-like covering on this one. That one also just felt a little firmer/had more padding. This was OK but you can find better.

Love this squat/thruster pad. It really protects and once secured to the bar it doesn’t move. It’s very comfortable. The price is extremely affordable for the quality. I loved it so much I bought my friend one.
