These are the straps to get! Do not purchase the cheaper ones. I have purchased these twice and they are good quality. Do not bother with the cheaper ones. I was thoroughly impressed with these and how they have held up for the last year. The webbing seemed thin and like it was going to fail. I am roughly 250lbs and these things have held up so far. I will not do any kipping in them as I am still cautious that they could fail. Still worth the money.

It won't work if you are overweighed .
This didn't work for me. I gave two star because it may work for someone else. It depends if your elbow can tolerate your weight.
