This mat is longer than the others I’ve seen. I’m 6’1 and with the pillow it reaches from my head almost to my knees. They do take some getting used to, especially on the bum and legs. Initially it can feel painful but with regular use that completely passes.In terms of the benefits, it does help with muscle pain. It’s weird but lying on on million little spikes seems to really make the blood flow and you feel your back get hot. Even more weirdly, I find it helps with bloating and sleep. I don’t know but imagine like acupuncture, it tricks your body into thinking it’s being traumatised and kick starts a healing response.

Really happy with the purchase. Immediately felt sleepy when I tried it out, a great tingling sensation and warmth through my back. I'm hoping this will help relieve chronic pain. The only thing I wish it was a tad longer (so that I could have my calves on it too). Pillow is slightly awkward to position but potentially need to get ahang of it.

I've only just received this. So unable to review on the benefits of using this at the moment. But happy to review again later. The product arrived quickly, the quality is great. I do relax & enjoy the sensations once I'm on. I can not stand on this for more than a couple of mins . Great product would recommend

I suffer from sciatica. Only used the mat 3 or 4 times so haven’t really noticed the benefits yet.

Product not as described. Doesn’t appear to contain “ECO FOAM” - which was one of the reasons I selected this brand. I would’ve returned this in the past for not being as described however I am rarely well enough to return items now. The standard non-environmentally sustainable foam is a trade description issue.

the material looks a little cheaper than I’d have thought but the purpose of the matt is brilliant and it’s very handy! It feels odd but nice at the same time. I’m hoping it will help my back and relaxation

Does exactly what it says. Gets a bit spiky being on it for a while, but the effect is relaxing. No pain no gain. I like the lenght of it, was the longest i could find, covers the area from about the knees to the shoulders. Happy with the product, defenitely good value for money!
