This is a total total waste of money. Not only do they not amplify any sounds they block out all sound so that you end up hearing nothing whatsoever . They ask for a 5* rating but if I could I would give them a -5 rating.An old stye ear - trumpet would do a better job . This is so rubbish that words fail me. Nice packaging though.

I lost one of my free NHS hearing aids, but didn't really like them anyway. These are much louder with no batteries just a handy charging port! They work great, adjustable volume (my left ear bit more muffled) and very comfortable!! Very happy, affordable with high quality case and many additional inner ear "rubbers" for your ear size!!

This hearing aid worked well for a few weeks. Unfortunately one of the aids intermitently switchs off after a few minutes. I now can only trust one of them.

a lot has to give this a bad report but unless you have a hearing check how much you have lost DB if this bad go online if you find the company that sells them tell them and do check your own db. check. you can find an application to measure your hearing if it is below 70db then you need a hearing test. if the NHS hearing aids don't help go back to the ones you brought online and use them again to see any difference and use them as a backup. like most hearing aids are not designed to last over 6 months to a year which is annoying then you still have ones brought on Amazon

Unfortunately, the product bought for my parent never worked but as it was only set up after the return period had passed, there is no way to return it. Very disappointing. Despite showing a full charge, the sound never worked on either of the pieces

Nice and compact setup , you will need to consider where you will charge them as they are off a USB plug most mains adapters the usb slot is underneath so double check the aids are seated properly into the charge cradle or they will fall out .Could be made so the volume can be louder like other cheaper brands I’ve used .
