Great and easy to use, limited storage but finding the right picture and video program makes it easy to put lots of pictures and video on the card to share with friends and family

Super great! The whole family got to decorate it and we uploaded a great video - probably about 3min in length - which is a lot of time for great photos and short video clips! I'll upload some pics soon!

Overall a great product. The only down side it has no volume adjustment but for what we needed it was good.

Bought this to give to my wife for her 50th birthday. I ordered this card from their (Spreengs) website where they will customize the card with your images on the front, back, and inside of the card. I used Microsoft PowerPoint to make the video and exported it to a 1280x720 video file. Couldn't be happier. It was a completely unexpected, unique, one-of-a-kind gift. I'll definitely be a return customer.

I buy these video greeting cards and other varieties of electronic cards to use for the internals to make my own personalized cards. Right off the bat, I will say that Spreengs has very good quality cards. The cards themselves feel nice and professionally made. I’ve ordered both the 2.4 and 4.3 inches and the screens are definitely higher resolution than competitors. They have good viewing angles and although you can see pixels, they are hard to see and the videos play beautifully on these screens. The speaker is also very good creating crisp sound. Also, these cards contain rechargeable lithium ion batteries which last for a good 3.5 hours of continuous video playback on one charge. If you just upload one or two short videos, this thing will never need to be charged for a long time. The card has a Micro USB port which plugs into a computer for easy video upload. The card mounts as a usb mass storage device. Not only can the card play video, but if you put in photos, it will create a slideshow for you (with effects and everything). The photo support is something a lot of competitors lack. The storage is 256mb, which means the card will play roughly 45minutes of video (more if formatted for lower resolution).One downside is that there are no control buttons (volume, play pause, next video, etc.) which is kind of problematic if you are using the card in a quiet area or want to pause the video and come back to it. When the card is closed and reopened, the video restarts from the beginning. Also, for DIYers that want to use the electronics for a project, another downside is that the “Spreengs” logo is all over the entire OS. When the card is opened, it comes up before the video starts. It also appears on the “charging” screen and the “device connecting” screen.Overall, Spreengs is the definite leader in quality with video greeting cards, so if you are going to buy one to give to someone, I definitely recommend them (however, the price is a little high at $30-$50). If you are using these for a DIY project, they will get the job done, aside from the Spreengs logo.
