it works ok no problems at all its the first machine of its kind for my family. something that i think wasn't mentioned was that it has estimated times stamped in on top of the lid for different things which i thought was a nice touch. ive dehydrated bananas meat and vegetables so far. They all came out fine its more of figuring out how to get the recipes right to get what you want because theres a little more to dehydrating foods correctly. the manual did come with some recipes to try. I looked around for what i think was the best price and had everything i was looking for that not every machine has like high and low . the timer up to 12hrs and on and off. the lids do collapse slightly for better storage options as well. arrived in 5 day of ordering. its really good as far as i can tell.

No complaints. Sad it died and I’ll have to get another one. But it did it’s job.

t doesn't work well. It takes a long time to air-dry a thing. It also consumes a lot of electricity

Better than intended this unit outperforms all expectations. Because I am a gardener the unit is practical and useful for it's versatility in reconstituting fruits and vegetables. Is why it's so handy. Recommend.

I wish I would have tried this out right when I bought it. I just don't dehydrate food very often. The first time I went to use it, I laid out some already pretty dried out fruit on the trays. Turned it on high. I let this thing run for days. I didn't have very many pieces in there because it was the first time I was using it and it was just kind of a trial run, I wanted to get a feel for how it worked. It didn't. I would check and check every day and it was like I didn't even have them in a dehydrator! I swear I would have been better off hanging the fruit over a branch outside!! On the 7th day? I was beside myself. by day 9? I gave up but it was too late to return the dang thing. The only positive thing about it is that is it really easy to clean. Maybe I just got a dud but I cant even exchange it because they aren't available. If they come back? DO NOT throw your money away!!

I purchased this and only used it a few times, then there was no heat being generated. I left a one star review here and within the week I was contacted by the manufacturer with an apology and just received my replacement. I wanted to update my review as it worked and I appreciate their prompt response and the new hydrater. That is how to run a business!!!!

Works great for our purposes, easy temperature control, but a little noisy.

At first I wasn't to sure about it. Had a little trouble figuring out how to set, so now I got it how to set. I love it. Made strawberries and doing apples now.
