Is it safe to use on bicycle? A specially on disc brakes?

It's a pH neutral cleaning product. It's safe use on anything. Not sure why you'd wanna use it on a bicycle though.

Can this be used on metallic matte paint?

yes it's purely biological, no chemicals so lifts dirt, leave 5 mins and towel dry. suggest you do it in stages. It dries in 5 minutes so unless your Usain Bolt you will have trouble getting round the whole car before it dries and could leave smears. Worth getting the hand glove to make sure the foam spreads across all surfaces and you will need either a snow lance for a high pressure washer or at least a pressure washer bottle if you are to get foam rather than washing up bubbles. Used on two cars both metallic with success my son say's the trick is to use it regularly and you will spend 15 minutes washing a car rather than an hour and the hard work is done for you.

Hi what’s the dwelling period for this product?

3 to 5 mins, don't let it dry. By 5 mins the foam has generally slid off the car, it's not like snow foams that hang on the bodywork for a long time.
