Very useful and it works

I take one everyday. It helps with sustained energy without drinking coffee constantly.

They are Dam good.

First, I'm a 52 yr old woman. I started taking this when I could no longer drink as much coffee because it worked against staying hydrated, which I need for medication I take.And I was getting headaches from not having as much caffeine so... when I found this, it ticked the box. And I definitely needed more energy.I have only been taking this for about 3 weeks but almost immediately I felt better in the mornings.

I take two in the morning, and sometimes one in the afternoon, and I do notice a difference in energy if I don't have them. I've been taking them for a few months now and plan to keep it up. I did, however, have my wife try one and it didn't seem to do anything for her.

Love it does not make me jittery and gives me a boost when I need it
