Fan was packaged very well so I was surprised to pull it out of the box to discover it did not work. Fan blades were not connected to the spindle. I had to take the face guard off, which had a stripped out screw head, to fix it. It went on tight and was difficult to pull back off, so that tells me it came from factory that way and wasn't damaged in shipping. Should have been perfect upon arrival, especially for the price. It now works but is extremely flimsy. Do not expect it to last long.

Perfect fan for a small grow box or tent. Only fan that's small, oscillates and has just enough power to circulate air without harming my plants. Perfect for a 2x4 tent. Nice oscillating fan. Works good enough. Fairly powerful for there size. Kinda loud as the way it oscillates makes it so it falls to each side with a thud. It slowly scoots across the room. Hopefully you don't plan on using it on battery power long. 4 AA's only lasted about 12 hours. Might have been less.

I like a cool breeze when I sleep. This little bedside fan has been perfect for that while not making my wife cold. My only complaint is I took it along on vacation and many hotels we stayed in didn't have a USB outlet (this is what it plugs in to). So it was unusable in that case. Not really the fan's fault, but if it could be made with a regular electric plug also ... ??? I do love the fan.

Got it back in march and it's already broken it's cheap and you get what you pay for

It can be removed with 4 screws without affecting the main function of the fan.I epoxy what is left of the fan onto the stand and taped the rear casing back. Now it runs without the safety cage.May update this in the future when the fan motor stop.

Item lasted for about 6 months & I don't think I would purchase again. It wasn't very powerful & should of lasted much longer.

This is a very small fan, about 5-6 inches wide. It didn't say that in the description and I needed something more powerful. Nonetheless, we decided to keep them to use in the summer while eating outdoors to keep the flies away. If you just want it to keep personally cool, this fan will work. Because the size wasn't stated is why it's only 4 stars. Desk fan to me meant nothing because I have seen large fans on table tops/desks. It's all in the description.
