Perfect for travel or at home.
Purchased for my husband. He takes multiple pills and has memory issues. Having a date versus day is so helpful. He can look at his calendar or watch and know which date it is versus using day of the week. I fill this once per month. Icons can be confusing for someone with memory issues. I used a permanent marker and wrote "bedtime" on the sunset icon. The lid closure stays closed and is easy enough to open. Size of compartment works for us. My husband takes about 8 pills at the same time. And there is room for more. ( his pills vary in size, but I would estimate each compartment could hold about 7-8 Tylenol size pills). We use this at home and for travel. It's set up for 32 days. I use day 32 as a sample so I don't have to spend time reading the rx labels. This is so easy for me to use.

One of my BEST Chronic Illness Purchases
I’ll admit, when I first ordered this, I hesitated. Spending this much on a pill organizer felt indulgent, especially since I already had some that technically worked but weren’t meeting my needs. Seven months later, I couldn’t be happier that I went for it!As someone managing 20+ daily medications (on varying schedules), dealing with executive functioning challenges, and often lacking the energy to refill a weekly organizer, this product has been life-changing. It ticks every box I needed and then some. What I love:• Convenient and Portable: The ability to grab a single day’s box, labeled by date, and toss it in my purse or pocket has been a game-changer. It’s so much easier than lugging around a bulky weekly organizer or trying to remember if I already pulled my meds from a “mini pharmacy” case.• Generous Compartment Size: I was worried about fitting my larger pills, but each compartment easily holds 13-15 pills (or about of my 10 largest capsules), which is perfect for my needs.• Secure Closures: I’ve dropped these organizers more times than I can count, and they’ve never popped open. In fact, they’re far more reliable than organizers with so-called “locking” mechanisms.• Customizable Layout: The flexibility to arrange the stickers the way I wanted (I did 4 weeks of 7 with the extra 4 days vertically to the right) was a nice touch. I love the freedom to make it work for me while still enjoying the sleek, colorful design.• Travel-Friendly: The carrying strap and compact weekly travel pouch are incredibly useful. The travel pouch, while designed for 7 days, can snugly fit 8 if needed. I’ve traveled with the full month case, the weekly pouch, and even just individual daily boxes, all of which are sturdy, convenient, and prone to receiving compliments. My grandparents in particular are all very jealous of my med organization set up lol!Things to note:• Size: While designed to be as compact as possible for a monthly organizer, it’s still fairly large and takes up significant space. For example, it would cover almost half my nightstand if stored there. Personally, I keep the travel pouch in my nightstand drawer and the rest elsewhere to save space. This organizer has completely transformed how I manage my meds!! I always know exactly how many days of pills I have left, which provides so much peace of mind and ability to plan ahead. Whether you need something to keep you organized while taking meds multiple times a day on the go or are searching for a thoughtful gift for a chronically ill loved one, I cannot recommend this organizer enough!

Perfect for my mom
Ordered this pill box to prepare our mother's medication for a month. Has 3 slots, one for morning, noon & night. Also comes with an extra pill box which makes 32 pill boxes. Inclues a very nice carrying case that securely holds 32 pill boxes in a slot. Includes a small carry case. Each pill box is dated #1 - #31 plus one extra pill box which can be used for Tylenol, aspirin, etc. My cousin like the pill box so much that she ordered one for her mom.

Take Meds Consitently
I used to really struggle to take my meds every day. I wouldn't have time in the morning to get all of them together. With this organizer, it's so easy to grab the right doses as I run out the door, and I don't forget one or another of them. the containers are very roomy.

Great Monthly Organizer, But the Layout Makes No Sense
I got this because I was tired of filling a 7-day pill box every week. I wanted something that could last the whole month—and this one does just that. It’s very easy to use, and the size is perfect. What I love most is the 32-day setup, so I always have a buffer day if I need it before refilling. That extra slot comes in handy. But the layout? Not a fan. It’s arranged in 8 rows across and 4 rows down, which makes tracking days confusing. You can’t just go straight down a column and expect it to line up with the week. I wish it followed a monthly calendar style with overflow starting a new row. Also, they only give one set of number stickers. I’d really like two or three sets in case I want to reorganize or relabel later.Still, I give it a solid 4 out of 5—it does the job, even if the layout isn’t ideal.

Tooth brush
This is awesome way to keep meds in line. They have a good stamp back so they can't keep it open but wow still

Love it
This is the perfect pill organizer! I do not like filling pill organizers weekly, this is a game changer! All of my pills fit with plenty of room for more. The only thing I don’t like which is my fault for not reading more carefully is that it doesn’t come with days of the week stickers. Other than that it works well for my intended use. I like the different colored containers and the carrying case is very nice.

Medication
Love this. I love only doing my meds once a month and the date on them helps me to know if I took my meds in the morning. Plus the pouch comes in handy if you’re going to only be gone a few days. Well worth the money.
