Very strong easy to grip food with and plenty of length so you don't get burnt

Very disappointed with these tongs that I bought for my partner, he said that they are difficult to use, and hurts his hand.

I had this as a present, it was supposed to be personalised but I see no evidence of that. Trying to decide what to do with it, it's a bit ungainly and not particularly nice.

These tongs are useless and badly made. I would not recommend this item at all

Great, sturdy

I wanted tongs that are more durable and easy to use. Those are durable but my hand cannot handle this - it’s too stiff and hard to use. Flipping your meat becomes a challenge with these.Update: Customer service is absolutely phenomenal, they have handled the situation in the best way possible - buy with confidence and you might have a different experience.
