I have tried several brands of these protein shakes and this flavour and texture is my favourite by far, strawberry & cream yummy, better than Muller and cheaper, for the same amount of protein, whatever your reason for needing the protein - These help me massively to increase my protein intake when i cannot manage to eat protein. I hope Grenade do a meal replacement version soon! Creamy no nasty chalky after taste, slightly thicker than milk but easy to drink it is sweeter than the others which i liked 7g sugar in 330mls overall 11g of carbs. I think the size is great.

I use this item either as a post workout drink, or increasingly as a refreshing drink and food supplement when I am at work. I combine them with eating 2-3 pieces of fruit, with a few nuts as a small meal when I am absent from home. Taste wise they are ok and at least as good as the competition, provide a good dose of protein and have little sugar. A simple shake and serve provides a consistent and smooth drink.

The grenade protein shake is amazing. The shake is thick and creamy. The chocolate flavour is fantastic, feels like real chocolate drink. You don't get any fake protein flavours coming through. Super easy to drink, great quality of ingredients which makes it have a great nutritional contribution. Great cold or room temperature definitely easy to have year around

Though in date. Be aware....If the sell buy date is 05/26, undrinkable! Sour, lumpy clotted and vile. I had to pour my entire order down the sink. Bidmg disappoint as the strawberry one is so good. Texture, taste and Macros! Woukd love to re order the Granade Whure choc but iv called customer service twice to report and request they re call then and re stick with a different date. Was promised an update to I could confidently re order, but still waiting!!!
