My dog recently scratched her neck/head area so bad that it created a wound that then got infected. It was impossible to get her to stop irritating it which made the healing process impossible. I needed something to let the wound breathe but also keep her from scratching it. This neck brace is just what we needed and it doesn’t seem to bother her at all even when sleeping. She has allowed me to clean the wound, spray medication, and place the brace back on without any issues. I truly believe this brace has helped the healing process along nicely! 10/10 recommend if ever in our situation.

It comes in 3 pieces, so guess what happens when the dog scratches it? Not only that, the positioning of the velcro and how that pieces come together just make little sense. They over-complicated would could've been a great product. All they had to do was make it once piece. Instead, this 3-piece product is junk.

Our dog was in a dog fight and ended up with stitches in several places on his neck with a couple drain tubes. We needed to keep his wounds covered but the neck buff we were using would not stay up. We purchased this to hold a neck buff in place covering his wounds. It worked perfectly too hold the neck buff up and keep him from scratching. It was simple and easy to put on was just stiff enough to do the trick but not bother him or cause a lack od mobility.

The protective collar was nice but it was very large even from the description. Had to return.

Velcro did not work after 3 days when it gets dog hair on it. I have had to use tape to keep collar closed

Came in theee parts as others have mentioned. Velcro was sturdy, instructions very simple. Went together very easily. Dog (French bulldog) didn’t mind it on his neck, looked comfortable enough. Turns out to be useless, as he could still reach his feet easily with zero restriction. So disappointing. Now have to consider the regular cones, as bad as they are. Not much other choice.

I had no idea neck braces for dogs were a thing until I found myself in the need for a product that would keep my pup from scratching a sore spot on this neck. Very useful, really nice material, it is breathable and comfortable, my dog seemed to not mind it at all.
