APEXEL High Power 36X HD Telephoto Lens, Telephoto Mobile Cell Phone Lens with Tripod for iPhone 15/14/13 Pro, Samsung and Most Smartphone

I couldn’t be more impressed with the APEXEL 36X HD Telephoto Lens! It has completely transformed my mobile photography. The image quality is good.The build quality is also fantastic. It feels sturdy and well-made, but lightweight enough to carry around. Setup was simple, and the included tripod makes it easy to stabilize for long-range shots. I’ve used it on multiple phone models, and the universal clip fits perfectly without slipping.

When I received the lens, the focus feature was completely non-functional. As I examined the lens and turned it upside down, I could see a loose screw in the interior that had become completely disconnected. I returned it and quickly got a replacement from Amazon and took the unit to Africa where I was on a two week safari. The lens did not come with anything other than basic assembly instructions and the procedure shown on the web site simply did not work on my phone (IPhone 13 Pro). That phone has 3 lens and you are supposed to align the telephoto attachment on the camera’s “main” lens which you identify by putting your finger over each lens sequentially to see which one is blocked in normal usage (i.e. not the phone’s telephoto lens). I did that and aligned the lens accordingly, but when I did, the phone seemed to “default” to one of the other lens no matter how carefully I made the alignment. The only way I could get it to work at all was to physically cover with my fingers the other two lens which is, to say the least, an awkward way to take a picture. And since this required two hands, I couldn’t focus the shots and had to resort to taking a lot of pictures in the hope one or two would come out and be in proper focus. A professional photographer was with me on the safari and even with an overnight study by him, he also could not make it work properly.

Fo yIf you just want something casual to take pics at the national and state parks with, this is the kit for you. It's very portable and fairly easy to use. You need a table or something flat to set it on to get pictures if there's anything/anyone in front of you.I didn't buy more. People REALLY wanted one of these. You could probably buy a couple and sell them in an instant at a national park because people were very interested and jealous of the photos we were able to get.This is probably the best build and price for small but powerful. If you want something twice as powerful and clear I'd recommend getting a spotting scope with phone attachment for around $160

I bought this for my iPhone 13 Pro Max before we went on vacation to Alaska. It was hands down one of the best purchased I have made! I was able to capture so much wildlife that I would not have been able to do without this lens. We saw the bald eagle on a hike in Ketchikan Alaska. There were other people there trying to get pictures with their phones, but he was to far away. I used this scope and captured several amazing shots. I was also able to catch an amazing video and photos of whales in Juneau. Several people during our trip asked about the scope after seeing the difference it made! I purchased a different scope last year and it was nowhere near as easy to assemble or adjust as this one. I recommend it to anyone, especially those looking for wildlife pictures with just their phone.

It’s a nice telephoto lense but I don’t like the fact that the rubber bushing on phone mount is coming off already after an hour of use. The rubber part got in the way of focusing the phone image.

I got this lens for a trip to South Africa and it did just what I hoped it would. I didn’t want to carry around my bulky dslr camera, this was so easy to quickly screw on to my phone whenever we saw some great wildlife. I got some great shots that never would have been possible with my phone alone. The tripod that come with it is great. Some type of stabilizing is needed for more zoomed in pictures. I either braced the lens on the seat in front of me while riding in the game viewing truck, against a tree in bush, or propped my elbow on my knee or against my hips/abdomen. All in all a great find for the price and allowed me to capture some great memories to share with my family back home!! Definitely recommend!

For the price this lens is great. I wanted to get close to birds but didn’t want to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on a DSLR and telephoto lens. I have had a lot of fun playing around with this. It is a new hobby.EDIT: the lens focus mechanism is very poorly designed and broke a few days ago. I didn't even use it that much.

Very disappointed with this product. The lens to phone attachment for an iPhone is very poor and makes the lens difficult to impossible to use. Also the lens to tripod attachment system is equally poorly thought out and the instructions were terrible. Do not waste your money on this junk.
