These resistance bands are really versatile and one can use them as per his/her requirement. I'm trying these for the first time and I'm enjoying it. The quality of the product is really good and it's helpful in home workouts by adding a bit of challenge while exercising.

I was hesitating to buy this band but it turned out to be worth it. It's been 6 months using this band and it is still in good condition. It'll always depend on how you use it. I mostly use it to train for shoulder, triceps, calfs, tibs and ankles but there are so many uses of this band. You can go for it. Product : Red band 7-15 kg
