I really like these for fiber supplements, they work great and taste amazing. It's easier to remember to take them because they're essentially a sweet little snack. I like that you don't have to mix it in a drink, but I will say even though it doesn't require drinking water when taking them I do recommend staying well hydrated with any fiber supplements. They're a bit large and you have to chew them a lot before swallowing and they're a little on the tough side but I still like them more than powder or pills. The only reason I wouldn't recommend them is if you don't like sweet things or watermelon flavoring.I was able to use my HSA funds for this

My son needs fiber and his diet and this is the easiest way to put it there. They taste good they smell good, I don’t like it because I wish these came in a zipper pouch like the other multivitamin worms because they seem to get a little hard a little fast, and he is a little more reluctant once they’re not freshly opened to take these, I know it says adult that I checked with my pediatrician before giving these and he told me that it was perfectly fine to use this for my son who is really hard to medicate, I tried giving him the dissolvable kind in his drink, and he thought I was trying to kill him. I wish these were a little cheaper for the amount that you get, but they are such great quality that I will not stop buying them, I wish that you could buy them in bulk, and that they would be in a zipper pouch, but I still give them five stars because they really make our lives easier and they taste great.

These taste so good I ate the whole jar the first day. Just kidding. They're really yummy though. And more than that, they do their intended job. Very happy with this purchase.

I'm sorry for adding more holes in the ozone or increasing the size of the one already there. For me these were just methane generators. I got these for my wife, but tried them because why not they're gummies. They taste fine, I'll just stick to normal foods with real fiber. Every time it was ALL Gas No Breaks. It wasn't just pss, pss, pss like your butt was trying to get your attention in a library, no it was a seem ripper during your morning pee all day. Do they work, meh sure, after 2 rounds of Ozone golf. I would have given it 1 star, but I'm getting residuals from the oil company to frack my office chair and couch cushions.
