The discs can spin a bit loose but you can squeeze and tightenor loosen the middle section. They were a bit larger than I wanted but are the size listed.

These are really nice quality and feel well built. The only problem is that they are fairly loose so when I reach to change the number the wheel spins prematurely, or when I set them down the number changes from what I just set. Overall they help a lot with what I use them for which is token counters for magic the gathering, just wish there was a way to change the tightness of the wheels

The center pins are way too loose, and the dials won't stay in place. Just the vibration of dice rolling on the table is enough to make them spin out of place.
