Not comfortable for airplane chairs. The seat back pushes againist the pillow.

I got this item for my wife who travels internationally a lot for work. The airlines used to give you stuff like a pillow to us, but now they charge for every little thing. My wife wanted a neck pillow to use on long flights. The item feels like it is made very well, and is very soft. Inflating it is a bit of a workout for your thumb but very easy and deflation is even easier. The best part is the size. . . it folds up very small so it is easy to keep it in a car's glove box or carry on bag on a plane. Good purchase.
