After noticing mostly positive reviews , I decided to buy the XL wheel. Right away my upper back popped and tension released. The first day I used the wheel a few times because it felt comfortable on my back. This morning I woke up , my back felt good and I tried the wheel again. Some small pops , but my muscles felt less tight. Overall I like the wheel. Just the price is a bit high. This should be not more than 50$.
