Yes, this battery will fit in this case, but we have not made inserts specifically for CR2s. Inserts are made to fit CR123, 18650, and 18350s, and the CellVault-5Ms have wells for CR2032s. You could try using a CR123 insert (fit will be close, but maybe you can add something to secure it), or you can remove inserts and just put the batteries in.

Q: What are the internal dimensions? Im looking for something to hold streamlight stinger batteries.

I see dimensions for the Streamlight Stinger Batteries online as 5.125 x 0.875. If this is true, they are too long for the CellVault-5M although you might be able to fit one in diagonally. The CellVault-5M was designed to use modular inserts to keep batteries secure inside, but none of our inserts fit the CellVault-5M. You can see the insert sizes, which correspond to battery types, on the product page.

Q: Does this come with a belt clip?

Hello, It has integrated plastic clips for attaching to MOLLE webbing. Yes, it can be used on a belt, but it is designed for molle. Check out the video on thyrm's website for better images and more details. Thanks for looking.
