Excellent build quality.
This tablet was a steal. So hard to find a Fujitsu tablet but Amazon did not disappoint. This is heavier than the Surface Pro 4 but is incredibly well built. The tablet has USB2, USB3, two SD slots, stylus and a keyboard that doubles up as a dock. Fujitsu quote a worldwide accident insurance at 9p/day for £600 cover over 3 years. No brainier as there is no excess!! I'm currently installing Windows 10. CPU benchmark is around 3800. The screen is matte and works very well outdoors. The tablet has the appearance of a ruggedised tablet. The keyboard makes this beast a laptop. 3 USB3 slots on the dock. 1 USB3 on the tablet. A micro HDMI on the tablet, a normal HDMI on the dock. I have to be precious of the Surface Pro 4 but this is designed to be used and without fear! Corel Draw is free. Adobe XI is free too. Update: I've had this for a few days now. The keyboard is solid. The tablet can be top heavy but hasn't tipped over when attached to the keyboard. There is an SD card slot to the tablet as will as fingerprint scanner. It is very quick to start up. I did have problems moving up to Windows 10 but I installed Intel Driver and Graphics card update facility. The stylus is a bit plasticky but attaches to the tablet. Whilst the keyboard has numerous ports, pretty much everything else is located on the tablet. Whilst the keyboard is QWERTY, the caps lock is a downward arrow on the left of the keyboard but on the 'right' key. The only downside is lack of backlit keyboard. The adapter is a slim 19V one which is very light. Using the keyboard I've felt no heat at all. I haven't used it in tablet mode. McAfee comes preloaded and I haven't figured out how to remove this bloatware. The updates are quicker and I wouldn't recommend using Fujitsu preloaded software as this really works for Windows 8.1 which is what this laptop is shipped out with. The screen is matte and bright but don't expect an Apple retina display! The screen is perfect for using outdoors where obviously Apple fails. The stylus comes with a lanyard and there is also room for a Kensington lock for the tablet only. In terms of what I can do with this, I am not missing my Surface Pro 4. For some people this may not be as pretty looking as the Surface Pro but the flimsy keyboard whilst great, is flimsy. Currently retailing for around £990 on Amazon, you certainly get more ports/HDMI, SD slots and USB3/2 slots. It is very user friendly out of the box. Despite a few niggles (i.e. screen, speakers etc.) this is a dependable device, engineered to protect the tablet and meant to be used. As a laptop replacement, this is one to go for. I've used it as a CPU, attaching a separate monitor and keyboard/mouse and I don't see any difference. If you don't upgrade to Windows 10, it will work just as well. The Fujitsu website has all the downloads for Windows 10 drivers etc.
