Broke after being dropped from less than 1 meter and drops bluetooth too easily.
I bought these to convert my KZ ZSN pro Xs (which I was very happy with) to Bluetooth, and thought the official KZ product would be the best way to do this. They fit both the KZ ZSN pros Xs and my ears perfectly, but I quickly noticed when walking around one or the other earbud would regularly drop the Bluetooth connection for a second before reconnecting. Annoying, but I could live with that, as I mainly used them when sitting in one place anyway. However not long after I got them I dropped one from a bedside cabinet onto a wooden floor and it competently broke apart beyond repair. As I was already a little frustrated with the Bluetooth dropping so I just decided to go to another brand of dedicated Bluetooth earbuds altogether, disappointing as my previous experience with KZ products have been really good!

For those of us who have ears which won't retain regular in ear phones... fit well, sound great.
I originally had a set of almost identical bluetooth adapters "CCA BTX" (which I think used the older chipset, like the "KZ AZ10")... however that appeared not to fit me well, the ear hook was /slightly/ too small, and so the phones were not aligned properly. After reading some reviews suggesting that this KZ version had a /slightly/ larger ear hook, I decided to try it, and it fits /MUCH/ better... the ear hook is also more flexible which helps.I believe the newer bluetooth chipset in this AZ15 model does actually provide a benefit as I often travel through very crowded locations where most bluetooth devices tend to struggle and cut out, but I've not had an issue.I marked it down primarily because the case has exactly the same problem as the CCA version, in that there is a large amount of empty space where the earpieces sit, and as a result they rattle against the hard plastic case when you carry them around... you can see in the photo that I added 2 felt pads to the inside of the case to protect the top of ear pieces and stop them rattling... I also added a tiny piece of soft foam in the bottom of the well where the actual tips sit, and they are now held snugly. I feel that the design should include something like this, but the devices work very well so it's hard to downvote them much for this. One other thing, there is a misprint in the manual, which is also present on the CCA version, which states that switching between standard and gaming mode is "3 clicks on the left button", in fact it is the right button.. which should be somewhat obvious because "3 clicks on the left button" is actually another function (high power mode).
