Definitely try this hair product!
As someone committed to using only cruelty-free and completely natural hair products, finding something that actually performs well has been a real challenge, until now. Highland Glacial Clay Pomade strikes the perfect balance with its clean ingredient profile and outstanding styling capability. The hold lasts all day without making my hair feel stiff or crunchy, and I love that it's actually nourishing my hair rather than damaging it like so many conventional products. The texture is smooth and easy to work with, the natural fragrance is wonderfully understated, and the value is excellent since you need so little per application. Finally found a styling product that aligns with my principles AND delivers professional results; couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Finally. A hair product that doesn't feel like it was manufactured in Frankenstein's lab.
I LOVE THIS CLAY.I've tried tons of different clays, sprays, and pomades and have squeezed every lemon in existence to give my hair some nice highlights. My hair still doesn't look like a movie star with all the lemon juice, but I at least found Highland Glacial Clay which accentuates my hair's straight/wavy nature. The clay itself feels very natural with no greasy chemicals that would make you have second thoughts about putting into your hair. In terms of hold, I would describe it as a medium hold. For me, I live in the south where the humidity likes turn it up to max during the summer. Luckily, this clay gives me about a good 6-8 hours of hold/styling. The clay doesn't feel like it turns your hair into glue.If anything, it makes my hair look even more natural and gives a lot more definition without being the clay bean overly thick to accomplish a desired hold. On a side note, not important to me in particular, but there is very little trace of a smell with clay if that is important to you.My only problem with this product is that Mr. Krabs set the price. It's a tad expensive and the product size is small. Otherwise, I think this clay gives a nice happy medium in terms of hold and also feels very organic.

Amazing Pomade - A Game Changer!
This pomade is a game changer!I first purchased the pomade for my husband last Christmas and he loves it! It holds all day long but is still moldable. It smells great and it’s amazing to know there are no harmful chemicals.I highly recommend!

No shine. All day hold.
Excellent product! Spreads evenly on your hands and into your hair. It doesn't leave a gunky feel in your hair all day, but still has a good hold the entire day. It's a matte product, so not any shiny/greasy look. It definitely makes my hair feel a bit more healthy and smooth.

Good product but the smell is way off.
Product works surprisingly well. Not greasy or too heavy. Gives the right texture and hold I was looking for… but smells way too bad. Really wanted to like this but couldn’t get over the old cheese smell. Maybe it’s a bad batch. Definitely returning it. Giving it a couple of stars because I like the branding and product does works, just the smell is waay off.

First Impression is "Fine"
One Week Review: I've been using Aveda clay for years. I tried this for the same reason everyone probably is--the relentless ads making it seem like the product is well made by a small business and who does not want to support a small business making a product without a bunch of chemicals. I have thin straight hair for reference. The scent is better than Aveda (and that is saying a lot because Aveda is mostly about the smell). The product is much harder to apply that Aveda. Aveda is creamy but Highland Glacial pomade It is very stiff and initially gritty. I have had to throw out some beard products because they are too stiff to use. Highland requires some muscle to get out of the container, but a finger will work and I didn't have to get a tool out of the toolbox to get it out. You have to warm it up on your fingers for a bit to get it to go on your hair. It is sticky on application, so I have to use a light, smooth touch or I will pull my hair all over the place and look crazy. I can't just run my fingers through my hair with a handful of product and then style it like in the commercials. You have to rub any residue off of your hands with a towel (or your jeans) because the wax won't just wash off with soap and water. It holds fine, but I may not be using enough product. Because of the stiff texture, I started with a very small amount and have been gradually using more. The Wax in the Highland product works better in the rain that the Aveda. The Aveda just dissolves in the lightest mist and disappears when my hair dries. Then my hair looks like Barney Fife after making out with his girlfriend on the couch. After some slight rain, my hair remained the same using Highland. At this point, I'm using it every day, I'm not sending it back or tossing it, but i'm not sure I will stick with it after the initial tin is used up.

Great hold, clean finish, and my girlfriend loves it!
This stuff is legit. The hold is strong without making my hair look stiff or crunchy. It gives a nice matte finish—no grease or weird shine, just clean, textured control. The scent is subtle but fresh, which I love.Took a few tries to get the amount right (a little goes a long way), but once I dialed it in, it became my daily go-to. Easy to apply, easy to restyle during the day, and it doesn’t flake or build up.Bonus—my girlfriend totally digs the way it makes my hair look. That alone makes it worth keeping in the rotation.Highly recommend if you want something that looks natural but keeps everything locked in. I’ll be buying this again for sure.
