I loved, loved, loved this olive oil. Did I say I lived this olive oil? It’s wonderful for finishing dishes where you want to get the taste of the oil. Wonderful for dipping bread and herbs. Try it, you won’t be disappointed. I read a review of olive oils and it was the highest rated, has that peppery bite and the hearty freshness which means it’s higher in polyphenols which are so good for cleaning up free radicals that age you. Get it! You won’t be disappointed. Pricy but worth it.

I have been using this olive oil to help with anti-inflammatory issues and for keto. You can not beat the price for authentic olive oil! I usually take 2 tablespoons a day and sometimes mix it in with my coffee. It has the peppery taste in the back of your throat which indicates the high quality.

Its spicy. I take it before bed. I have to be careful to not overdo it or I get heart burn! But it probably is better then just plain olive oil.

This is a lovely olive oil and it’s in the perfect container for cooking. So easy to squeeze out as much as you need and direct it across a pan. Lovely on salads. The twist spout makes it easy to drizzle across veggies and potatoes for roasting.

This is really good olive oil for a relatively affordable price. I use it cold for salads/etc as well as in cooking/baking, and it tastes great either way. It has a fairly mild herb-y taste which makes it quite versatile. So far my favorite way to use it has been with a sourdough focaccia recipe - the bread crisped up nicely on all sides and had a very pleasant flavor.

This is a great cooking olive oil. If you love to cook, this is a perfect olive oil. The squeeze bottle feature is just amazing. It makes coating the bottom of your cookware so much easier than a pour top.
