Dear customer, since the screen brightness adjustment is relatively infrequently used, it is not included in the default shortcut keys. Great Keyboard, Poor instructions

Nice heavy TKL with bright LED and many functions.Tip - If the Keyboard remains off when unplugged and shows no charge, the MAC/USB/WIN switch on the back may need moving a few times to make sure USB is not being selected in error.

Arrived with missing keycaps

Arrived with half the advertised keycaps missing. The manual has a few awkward phrases and badly worded. Packaging was okay (I did order from Amazon warehouse so wasn't going to be perfect). Supposedly sold from Akko direct in ‘very good’ condition, so not a great example of QC if half of the keys can go AWOL and it still be classed as very good. Also, the 2.4G USB receiver is extremely stiff - I’m fairly sure it’ll snap if I try to pull it back out of my USB slot (other devices are fine). So again, another component made with poor tolerances and testing.Key action itself is nice and linear with a soft thwack at the end. Solid feeling chassis and the feet are firm.Mode switch is confusing (Mac/USB/Win ? USB isn’t an operating system?!).Overall a pretty mediocre first experience. Core product itself seems okay, but the customer experience feels like an afterthought as does QC of the product.
