I bought my Viante tea brewer 2 1/2 years ago. I use it every day and brew a full pot of tea using 2 teabags (in under 5 minutes 😃 !). I reheat it several times during the day. About 3 months ago, I noticed a small drip from below the handle. Not a big deal. But it go worse, little by little, until the indentation where the pot rests would fill up. So, I emailed the vendor via the Amazon app explaining the issue.Two days later I get an email from Alan at Viante asking for my order number. I replied and mentioned I had signed up for an extended warranty (this was offered to me for free by email right after I did the normal online warranty when I first got it), but I could not find the email confirmation nor where I put the printed copy. Honestly, I wasn't expecting help since it was already past the 2 year mark and I had no proof. Alan emails back the next day, stating he had verified the extended warranty and would have a new one sent out. 2 days later, it arrives! I've never had customer service like this! Amazing! I love the product and cannot recommend this brand enough. Thank you Alan and Viante!

This works great for making tea. We haven't tried anything else in it but it's convenient to make the tea and put it right int the fridge without having to change containers.

I've had this tea kettle for 2 years and it works great! Love the temperature control options. No complaints with how it functions.My only complaint it the beeping. Beeps when you press the buttons, when it's finished boiling and when you pick it up and put it down. I am up early in my house and it's loud and wakes up my family if their doors aren't shut.So sadly I will be looking for a kettle that does not beep.

I could not be more pleased with this tea kettle. It’s the perfect size, has presets, top is magnetic and just clicks on, multiple temps for keep warm feature, and it’s just pretty. I was using a stove kettle and ceramic teapot, so I had to babysit. Now I can start it and walk away. I also do not find this kettle noisy. I would recommend this electric kettle.
