As a truck driver this Helps a ton, my lower back pain actually has been getting better , and it’s helped a ton with my posture in the 4 days I’ve been using it , great product would recommend 10/10

the thickness and width of the belt is so small. The belt has net in between which makes it loose. Also it comes till upper abdomen and cannot reach your lower back. This product can be used for posture correction but not for back pain relief.
