One of the best natural vitamin b complex I’ve taken so far. With an abudance of natural organic ingredients. No synthetic fillers. Very gentle on the stomach too. I am an active older man cycling, weight lifting and a good diet, I still know the importance of energy levels for cell repair as we all age. Yes I do eat very healthy again getting your diet right first is important. No good supplementing with vitamins if diet is weak in nutrition. Me personally it does more harm. This is the third in the Naturelo range of products that we are using and for good reason. I wanted a B Complex supplement that was more natural and covered the whole range of B vits. I'm really happy with this and will keep using it on an indefinite basis to bolster my B vitamin levels. I'm also getting my husband to take them.
